Every camp counselor receives an intensive weeklong training, which includes CPR and first aid certification,
group case studies, conflict-resolution classes, child psychology seminars, and interactive
games. Camp counselors are screened by Chef Kelly in a detailed, multiphase interview process
to determine their ability to relate with campers of all ages. We also background check
counselors through VTCIC registries.
